Vision has been putting together a number of resources to benefit caregivers. We recognize that many seniors are in a position of giving care to a loved one and that it may be difficult to take care of yourself in the midst of taking care of someone else.

Here, you will find useful information about what is available to you and upcoming events that can help you cope.

Vision’s Caregiver Kit is available at the office free of charge. Below, you will find a link to download an electronic copy of our Caregiver’s Guide, simply click on the picture to download it.

Further, there are a number of events occurring at different times of the year in three different localities through Vision’s Second Souffle project, which occurs in French and English in both Gaspé and Percé. Second Souffle is conducted in partnership with APPUI, CHSSN, and the MRC du Rocher-Percé. Please check our Facebook Page or our Homepage for updates on when the program is running.

Description of the Programs through Second Souffle

  • Mind-body Interactions: Healthy Body, Happy Mind
